Bobby Yarlagadda is the founder and president of BPO Systems Inc., an outsourcing firm specializing in designing and implementing Oracle ERP and CRM applications. At BPO, Bobby has put together exceptional functional and technical talent and managed to successful completion, R12 & 11i turnkey projects and on-going Oracle applications support services. He was instrumental in building superior customer service as a differentiator and spearheading a no-nonsense “Complete satisfaction or we won’t bill you for it” campaign. He has 25+ years of experience as a senior executive managing Financial, IT, Strategic Planning and other administrative functions in a wide variety of Semi-conductor, Food, Beverage and Food service companies as well as media and software companies. He worked as division CFO, Group Controller or management consultant in Sara Lee, Beatrice Foods (County Line cheese, Swift/Eckrich Meats), Pepsi-Cola, Taco Bell, Kraft foods, RJR Nabisco, Alaska Pipeline and Heinz.

Prior to starting BPO Systems, Bobby was the Executive VP of Administration & CFO for Upside Media where among other things; he was responsible for implementing Oracle 11i suite of ERP and CRM applications. Prior to that he was the Senior VP & CFO for Living Books, a multimedia software company. There, he was instrumental in redefining their business strategy to focus on fast growing mass merchandiser channels and thus opening up new channels for a mature product line. Before joining Living Books, Bobby worked with New England Consulting Company as a management consultant and worked with Kraft foods, Heinz, RC Cola and RJRNabisco. There he worked on wide ranging assignments from shareholder value enhancement projects to developing distribution strategies. Prior to that Bobby was the Group Controller for Sara Lee Meats, a $3Billion global division of Sara Lee. Before Sara Lee, Bobby was a Group Manager of Planning and CFO, National Sales for Pepsi-Cola Company. There he led the development of a new Business Planning Process for Pepsi-Cola North America and managed their Annual Operating Plan process. He developed the business strategy and identified new opportunities in retail and food service channels that improved the annual profit of Pepsi’s National Sales business unit by $30 Million. As a CFO to that business unit he negotiated and closed about 200 long term contracts with large retail and food service customers. He was instrumental in concluding Pepsi’s multi Billion dollar sales contracts with Wal-Mart and Marriott. He co-led the implementation of Sales Force Automation initiative that provided about 150 sales people with a database and tools to work more efficiently with their customers. Prior to Pepsi, Bobby was the Field Finance Manager for Taco Bell where he helped Taco Bell in reengineering their entire business process and the IT infrastructure that supported the business processes. Prior to that Bobby worked for Beatrice foods where he rose from Financial Analyst to Division Controller. There he was known as a trouble shooter and worked on cost structure improvement and supply chain management at a number of consumer businesses. He designed and managed the implementation of a Sales Forecasting system, an executive decision support system and an activity based costing system. Bobby Yarlagadda has an MBA in Finance & Marketing from the University of Chicago and a BS & MS in engineering prior to that. In addition, he is a certified PMP.
